Culturelle ProWell Probiotics

Hey Hey!!!

So first off I want to start off by saying sorry for the random radio silence last week. I got pretty sick early in the week, but trudged on. By Thursday I was feeling better, but had a ton of things around the house to catch up on, and social engagements I had already committed to attend. Unfortunately that meant doing things like this blog, and running my Facebook Page had to take a temporary back seat.

But I'm back!

I'm not 100% better, but I'm back!

And I have something cool to share with y'all!

Sometimes when I do these reviews, I post reviews on the product's actual website! I like to let the companies know when they do an awesome job, or when their product gets an A+ in my book!

Here's the review I sent to Culturelle regarding their Pro-Well Probiotic capsules!

No, seriously.... an actual screen shot of the review I left on Culturelle's website!

And now you know how I feel about Culturelle Pro-Well Probiotics!

When You Want Some Easy Comfort Food...

Imagine, it's Sunday morning. Last week was rough, and you could use a simple dinner idea that everyone will love. Queue Chile Verde. It's simple, and delicious. And my recipe isn't necessarily the traditional way to make it, but amazing nonetheless! Here's what you'll need: 2 lb. pork loin roast, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes 1 - 16oz. jar salsa verde (we used Pace, but you can use any brand you trust!) 1 - 7oz. can diced green chiles (we used store brand for this one) 3 lg. red potatoes, cut into 1 inch cubes (Russets also work well with this meal, so use what you have or looks good at the store this week!) 1 tbsp. minced garlic (if you want to mince it yourself, it's about 3 cloves fresh garlic) 1/4 tsp. ground cumin 1 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Salt & Pepper, to taste Steps! (Some of which have photos!) Wash and cube your potatoes. You want each piece to be about 1 to 1 1/2 inches. Toss 'em in the crock pot. I...

What's On YOUR Dinner Menu This Weekend?!

Y'all, earlier this week I whipped up a super simple, SUPER delicious dinner. I couldn't in good conscience not share the recipe with you! Granted, it's pretty basic, but that's what makes easy dinners so great, isn't it? Tastes great, easy to throw together, and if you're crazy like I am the kids can even help a little! So I present to you: Green Chile Chicken Enchilada Casserole! See here: The Before Here's what you'll need: 2 lg. boneless, skinless chicken breast 1 - 28 oz. can Green Chile Enchilada Sauce (we used La Victoria brand, but use your favorite! If you don't have a favorite, might I recommend La Victoria?!) 16 to 18 - 6 inch white corn tortillas (or yellow, if that's your preference!) 1 - 7oz. can diced green chiles (any brand will do, personally we used the store brand!) 2 c. Mexican or Fiesta Blend shredded cheese (we like Kirkland Mexican Blend, but you do you, boo!) 1/2 tbsp. garlic salt 1/2 tbsp. onion powd...

Eclipse Sun Sleeve's Get an A+ From Me!

Y'all. I did something a little crazy. Well, crazy for * me * anyway. I signed up for a virtual 5K. I've never done a 5K in my life! I've barely prepped! I mean, I actually have to get up and move for this thing ! I can't just sit in my car and drive around the park..... like I kind of want to! No, no! I need to get ready! Water bottle? I have one! Body physically ready for the onslaught of fast paced movement? Um.... well.... working on it, sorta.... Sunscreen? Sunscreen? Y'all we have a runner! No, seriously. That stuff just runs right off me! I use a higher SPF facial moisturizer, wear a hat, and sunglasses. I rarely burn on my face because of this. My arms, however. They are beacons of lobsteresque hope killers. I can apply 18 layers of the store's strongest sunscreen, and that sh*t will melt right off me in less than an hour! And it's not like a sweat a lot, tbh I probably don't sweat enough! My skin just repels it, and I've never understood...
